We provide chef-prepared meal subscriptions and related services including delivery and event catering. Availability may vary by location.
3. Orders, Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions renew weekly unless cancelled prior to the cut-off time.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers; ensure sufficient funds for timely processing.
- Failed payments may pause or cancel your deliveries.
4. Delivery
Please ensure accurate delivery details and recipient availability. We are not responsible for product condition after a reasonable delivery window if no one is available to receive the order.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel before the weekly cut-off. Refunds are assessed case-by-case for incorrect or damaged orders. Contact support at Info@raesfoodhouse.co.uk.
6. Allergens & Dietary Information
We clearly label allergens where possible. However, cross-contamination may occur. Always review meal information and contact us for specific concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
